*OFF TOPIC* crs, Program trading,stock manipulation ie;pump & dump, soes trading, market makers and more have all come under scrutiny by the government. Regulations exist to prevent or curtail activity by those people engaging in activity in a detrimental way to the public and to a stable market. Now to say we are becoming more like the Soviet Union because of a call for laws, regulations to protect investors from the behemoths of the mutual fund industry who have no scruples or controls placed on them has to be a naive statement at best. Ted
