Thanks Scrapps..but Reuters is a little slow on that one. Biz Wire had that story on Tuesday evening:

Oddly enough, three people posted the story to the CPQ thread. The one above linking to Biz Wire, then another post linking to C/Net article, and then another post with another link.

The odd part is, that not one person on the Compaq thread has commented on the story of a major competitor giving up on an important segment of CPQ sales. I also saw a link to the original story at Computer Retail Week, on the Quantum thread. I guess for CPQers, the story is a big yawn. -G-
