Dave, those magnetic ball bearings looks like something a kid would swallow to me. Because they're magnetic, if a kid swallowed multiple magnetic ball bearings, they'd stick together and make passing them even more problematic, perhaps requiring surgery.

The CPSC ruling makes perfect sense. Which is why it's getting little media attention.
