HEAR HEAR!!!!! If this is going to be the process, then the next annual shareholders meeting WILL become a linching for Jim and cronies. Yea I'm sure the cavewoman could, as well as J Mills, could concur that in R.I. the elder people get pretty pissed off when their savings is diluted. I doubt J.P. has many feathers left in his cap, hunting season has begun and their is a lot of BUCK SHOT in the AIR! Hope their is not any truth in Chapter 7. I would think they would go for Chap 11. This will protect them from creditors while trying to get this ship to float. If their is impending peril ahead PLEASE keep us informed about 50,000 shares between family and friends. Alon, these are just common concerns and reflect my sentiment not necessarily the sentiment of my fellow shareholders, although one could not tell by this thread. Who knows?????? K

I think your "pal" Larry M. described your problems to a tee-ignorance is bliss. The humor I find in your postings are many but when you state that I'm paranoid,it tickles me. Fact is I have never met Jim Palermo,have only spoken to him on five occasions on the phone and never has he discussed with me his dismissals or firing of employees. Two years ago I called him about his CEO position,two times. In the last month I've spoken to him 3 times. In each case it was about my not favoring a reverse stock split, hoping no more RegS/D filings,the Taylor Made contracts and his opinion on Mr. Brooks. With your use of the word "mafia" and you said I was a whatever. Knowing Jim is an Italian shows your twisted mind games. I know the use of the word "kike" in describing the useless person who swindled the Q in the Vega deal must bother you-but it describes my opinion of that person. To clear up another way in which you distort and spew lies on this thread. I sent you one e-mail,not many as you stated,and it was in no way nasty as you claim. Sorry that the rest of this forum has to put up with these postings-but since JDavies refuses to see Jim and discuss,in the correct manner,her criticisms. I feel it is my way of balancing these constant attacks by a few sour people.

Follow that fool to Complastik Corporation! Doug/Deep Throat would prefer that you do not follow me to my next job. That is obvious from his comments. I have established a corporation called Complastik Corp. Its initial revenue streams will come from the patented products and services I have for thermoset composites. The ultimate aim, however, is to make thermoplastic composites. We will be developing a higher quality and lower cost prepreg product than Q's and we will be aiming at a much broader market. (We will, however, keep the door open for any golf shaft manufacturer, but there are bigger markets out there for TPC's!) We will also be pultruding hockey sticks and other products. I will be joined shortly by former colleagues in this new company. A full management team will be in place soon with funding. Expect a web page too. (Some products are on my old CR&M web page at www.ultranet.com/~devans ) I am writing a memorandum of offering for a SCOR type funding so that individual investors can partake as well.
