Atlanta prices still falling due to the latest waves of foreclosures hitting in 2012 the best opportunities.

Atlanta has been a real laggard although job growth is starting to pick up. Its interesting to see which areas of the country are recovering the fastest. In some cases, its not what i would have expected.
