You really dense... I don't even have a clue where Gila Bent is but you seem to know all about it... so spare me the trailer trash... and there are many reasons why you would not want to use a concierge desk. In my case, the package would have gone the next day, it was very late in the day (check the time of the post), and that would not have worked for me as I wanted it there first thing in the morning. BTW, posting 41 times means exactly what if I may ask??? We are so connected these days that I can post 141 times in a day and do it from 3 different continents.
