Justa, Given the current economic and political climate and its outlook, do you or does anyone else here have any COMMENTS on the advisability of diversifying one's fixed income portfolio with one of those EMERGING MARKETS LOCAL CURRENCY BOND FUNDS? As part of a prepared Financial Plan from Brinker's favorite low cost mutual fund family, I got a recommendation to allocate assets to such an investment (PRELX). The fund, which is very new, had an annual yield of 5.2% and an average maturity of 7.7 years as of 7/31/12.
