Great idea, you would make an excellent film director, seriously, your description would increase the intensity of that message with each closer shot, it would make him look like a monster, especially in ominous black and white with lots of shadows covering parts of his face as if he were saying it while partially hidden in the shadows... maybe with the music from "A Clockwork Orange" or "1984"...
