FWIW - my initial experience with Medicare and a supplement is not so good. While it is cheaper - I have a prescription for Omnaris - a very expensive nasal spray for allergies. They have a co pay card - that does not apply to anyone on a government program. Ergo - Omnaris is hugely expensive for a Medicare patient. I told them to go to hell and switched to Nasonex.

As for doctors - I have not yet seen any change as I have not had any switching needs.
