I advocate massive cuts in spending all the way around. I would cut the federal budget by 1/3 tomorrow, if it were up to me. It is silly, though, for you to continue bringing this up. We deal with unfunded federal mandates all the time. Get rid of those, and we can quit taking federal money in excess of what we pay in. Fine. I'll work on it. Can't wait to hear Rs squeal like pigs when its proposed.
