News from XOMA today will not do any good. All the money in the world is flowing into ENMD today. I think I'm lucky to be in this one. Only time will tell. Now if XOMA could any contribute to the party.(:>)

Robert, think they did such a release a month ago. Think at some point they need to be specific about the actual percentage. But, they may have agreed with GNE not to release this info and there are perhaps real business reasons for not providing this info. In the past I have posted rationals on why cos do not release such info. One can visualize it hurting future negotiations as everyone else wants to start at the lowest figure one has charged someone else.

Even so at some point it becomes a material fact and IMO disclosure may be required. We will be able to figure ou something fairly close to the mark by watching info from GNE, IDPH and XOMA but takes time and by the time we do info may have little value.

BTW Robertson Stevens conference Dec 1 - 4. 200 companies will present. Don't know if XOMA will. XOMA is not a covered co. Site shows analyst and cos they cover.
