DocStone,

In my reference to balance sheets, I would like to clarify.
I feel that thorough and declarative disclosure in the balance sheets are the important comparison I was trying to make to other stocks in this price catagory. Consideration of the consolidation phases this small company has been going through would not really lead me to expect much in the way of net profit at this point in time. You have to remember that earlier this summer TPRO stock was pretty much priced on that basis.

PPs are really not uncommon in development stages such as y2k and I would prefer the company proceed with an aggressive ramp up as opposed to laying back and allowing this opportunity to pass us by. Y2k is the whole reason I am in this stock at present after all.

The PP can also be of positive influence other than providing much needed capital. It can help establish the faith of major institutions who are putting down their bets on TPRO. In a market where many times institutions have large followings, this can be a very important factor.

With your remark about Marshall Hyman I agree. Repeating an earlier post, I hope Marshall Hyman does not need factory floor y2k remediation in a big hurry.

Best Wishes,

Gerry
