The market has ELG priced with the financially strapped jnrs when they are actually a profitable small producer. I feel we have a good shot at real good gains.

Birchcliff to list six million warrants on TSX Aug. 8 2012-08-03 19:49 ET - Warrants Called to Trade Birchcliff Energy Ltd. will list six million share purchase warrants on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the open on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, according to the TSX. As in a July 30, 2012, short form prospectus, Birchcliff plans to raise $50-million by selling two million preferred units to the public at $25 each. Each unit consists of one Series A preferred share and three common share purchase warrants. Each warrant is exercisable for one common share at $8.30 at any time before 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Aug. 8, 2014. The TSX reports the warrants will trade under the symbol BIR.WT and Cusip No. 090697 11 1. stockwatch.com
