Its even better if the capital formation contribution / function, shifts to new players, as the banks have lost all touch with this function, deciding instead to take the path they have taken.. Real, rigorous Market gap analysis, conveys this opportunity as it is. Banks have lost this initiative....and thus will need to be replaced, oligarchic malfeasance apparently has become its primary path. The Broken Dealer (broker dealer) matrix has been co-opted to non performance of its true function, thus needs replacement. We should expect to see Direct Registration of stock by expanded function using Internet as platform and Investor relations as administrators....these folks ruining the game will not know what hit them until the game is moved. Unwinding works when those being unwound are no longer worthy of thier own titles. Counter programming is Job 1 it will happen because of the malfeasance within current systems.
