Anyone have any idea why this stock is down 16% today?

Check out their contract announcements over the past 6 months. They've made some really major announcements - AT&T Wireless, PrimeCo, Motorola - and some others. However, one must realize that the cellular/PCS has bypassed many excellent customers over the past few years who have bad credit, but a lot of money to spend. By offering pre-paid services, they will be going after a lucrative market which not only spends a lot, but will be paying up front. With the potential size of just these 3 contracts I've mentioned above, and the amounts they are spending on upgrading their systems, they should be easily able to double their revenues annually for the next 2 years. The big question is how they manage their costs.
