Ken, my understanding is that AIPC can choose which 10% of the entire concession they decide to hang on to, they have to return the remainder. The concession as a whole is about the size of Delaware!

Kazakstan's president now claims to have oil reserves second only to Suadi Abrabia. Also planning another pipeline route.
