There should be 32,000 oz. per tonne.
(16 oz. per lb. X 2000 lbs per tonne)
However, depends what definition of tonne you use

TON is short ton.
I don't know which you are signifying, but here's the scoop:
1 short ton=w,000 labs av. =29,166.7 troy oz
1 short ton=0.9072 metric tons.
