Greg, I am afraid that will take a little time, MEMS reminds me a lot of GaAs which will overtake silicon (the perpetual material of the future), ceramic car engines (another perpetual material of the future) and few other dreams such as Ovshinsky's amorphous semiconductors. MEMS will grow, but it will be a long long time before you will see a Sterling miniature cryocooler in mass production.
