They do have something, a lot of new research that shows a difference in liberal and conservative minds. For one thing conservatives fear more. My son in law and his dad, both research scientists (UC Berkeley and Portland state) sent me the recent research and my son in law said: " I heard it from you first. He was referring to my endless ranting that there were two sub species of humans and when I died and they figured it out I wanted them to say: "dad always said that"-lol And surely you have noticed that conservatives seldom discuss ideas. We liberals have free for alls constantly about ideas, but RWers don't discuss ideas. I have worked in the conservative world for many years and they never discuss things of substance. And the few liberals I do meet discuss ideas behind closed doors, so as not to upset the conservaitves (who usually can't keep up. Not enough bandwidth-lol. They discuss their lives, gossip, hunting, fishing, sports, car crashes; men watch sports non stop, and the women look through fashion catalogues. Mention an idea and they shrink in horror, not sure what to do? And having no interest in learning.
