There's an interesting conversation on another board about a particular seller of PVCT due to some financial obligations on their part. This topic appeared late week and is still active today. Although I don't know enough to confirm if seller is correct, but I do believe someone is selling due to a special need. I also believe someone is purposely squeezing this person for their own financial gain. I would like to see that conversation carried over to here since I don't belong to the other forum. I do have some thoughts about it, but I have to back test it first.
