Exactly... That's why the move you see being completed looks like it is little more than a technical bounce out of the "pinch" that had formed, when it broke... otherwise known as a "suckers rally" ? The pinch forming and breaking COULD be what defines "a bottom"... and it often is in stocks that ARE bottoming... but, grasping at straws to convert CHART TECHNICAL patterns into evidence of FUNDAMENTAL change... is wholly fatuous... They have not succeeded in turning the NOK business around... I think those betting they have... are in for a rude awakening... As you point out... the volume (or lack of it) speaks volumes...
