Perhaps it's due to participants general lack of interest in trading in the markets(true for myself). Folks are comfortable in this shakey economy to accept lower yields in the ute's, as long as lower volatility is a part of the equation.
I still see value in PPL.

(you could also make the same argument for some of the mlp's and their yields-EPD as an example-which I also continue to hold)

I've never made as "few" trades in a year as this one-so far. Sold all my CJES yesterday, it was bought for a trade and sold as a trade. I'm now not holding any "traders" as I haven't most of the year, a bit boring actually<g>
