Ted, Justice Alito is right, but in your context of banning firearms, what he said doesn't mean a thing. You could argue (as many liberals have) that the Founding Fathers did not envision a world where firearms are as easy to load and reload as they are today. Personally, I would disagree, but then we'd both be second-guessing the will of the Framers. In any case, I have no problems with reasonable regulations on firearms. In light of recent events, I think we should err on the side of more regulation. Tenchusatsu
