Mark - Thanks for the quote - price action of stock indicates good news sooner rather than later- Naxos has always been a leaky ship I think we are going to have a great Holiday season. We could make the boat and car dealers year.

Thanks, Mark. The most impressive display of Naxos' management skills, IMO, was that they spent a lot of time, effort and money years ago (when they didn't have money to spend) to obtain Quiet Titling to Franklin Lake by going to the Superior Court of the State of California. (Quiet Titling, for those who don't know, means that the "court has found that Naxos has established its right to exclusive ownership and possession of those claims" - from the 1995 annual report). Jimmy John correctly envisioned that if Franklin Lake proved to contain economically recoverable amounts of precious metals, everyone would come out of the woodwork and attempt to grab a piece of the action. Now THAT'S long-term planning. No other desert dirt company has gone to those lengths to prove ownership of mining claims, as far as I know.
