Ryan has long and effective Washington and Capitol Hill experience. He was my number one pick for Romney, because if he wins, he needs to know how Washington works. That's why Cheney was a good pick for the inexperienced-in-Washington W, and Biden was good for Obama.

Ryan might want 3 VP debates, but it will likely stay at one.
