Look up what private equity means these days. Hint : it's not venture capital.


Then where do VC's get their money if it is not private? Did you ever consider that one of the primary reasons that public companies go private is to escape govt over-regulation like Sarbanes-Oxley?

These folks here don't seem very educated. To them, a leveraged buyout is the same as venture capital! Our Interstate Highway System should have been built PRIVATELY, despite the fact that that hasn't been done on any country on Earth.
