Yeah, yeah. JBI's not supposed to be in development anymore. But clearly they are.

Geez, fool me once....

"We'll see about the $10/barrel number. It may well be that, but not for another few years. These development stage costs don't count and you know it."

Just to be clear, when Mr. Bordynuik said, "P2O produces oil at less than $10 per barrel. In the United States, refineries have indicated that they will pick up the fuel at the price of WTI (West Texas Intermediate) price less $3, currently around $70 per barrel." ( globenewswire.com )

...and stated that independent labs were testing the fuel already produced, he didn't mean he could currently produce fuel from plastic for a cost of less than $10/bbl...you're saying he just thought he could produce for less than $10/bbl sometime in the future but didn't have any current factual basis for giving that $10/bbl figure. Am I reading you right?

I think the process will prove to be very profitable. We'll see about the $10/barrel number. It may well be that, but not for another few years. These development stage costs don't count and you know it. Yeah, yeah. JBI's not supposed to be in development anymore. But clearly they are.

That should be changing over the next six months.

So.........Steady gets yanked because he couldn't strike anyone out and Bordy sends you in to pitch?

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

What development stage costs are you imagining are in Cost of Goods Sold?

R&D is not a part of COGS.

Gross margin is about 30%, meaning a barrel of fuel that they sell for an imaginary $100, costs them $70 in direct costs.

Not $10. That was a convenient story told by JB, my opinion, in order to sell more shares.

If it turns out his pyrolysis business is no better than anyone else's, the whole thing collapses.
