William: The small investor may not be aware of why QNTM > SEG. This is possible (as I have argued) because SEG is still trading at its lows and investors tend to pick the fallen #1 players in a sector. This is a falacious reasoning with respect to SEG vs. QNTM because QNTM is #1 in earnings, although SEG is #1 in sales. And, of course, QNTM is super efficient in its business model, factually. Tax selling? My gut feeling is that tax-selling is over by now. But, who knows when it starts and ends. Sankar
