Some advise you might want to consider

Hi hdl; Re "RIMM Receives Favorable Ruling"

Did you notice that RIMM was the company that was accused of patent infringement?

The problem I've been belly-aching about for years is that it is too easy to get patents extended to areas that were not covered in the original filing. Typical patent has as much use as that patent on "how to swing a swing set" that some kid got.

P.S. And as far as lawyers go, my observation is that (a) on any given case, one side or the other loses, and (b) lawyers don't know anything at all about technology; otherwise they wouldn't be leaching off society in a disgraceful occupation.
