Zeev, I would guess the US loan to Mexico was "paid back" with IMF money. My problem with the loan is it appeared to be a gov't bailout of Goldman Sach et. al.. The fact that someone is willing to lend money to Mexico does not necessarily mean the the loan is sound or that Mexico is more credit worthy.I am not suggesting you implied this I am simply stating my position on this farce. I think the US funds account for 17% of IMF. Mike
