Zeev: Did it really trade as low as 1 3/8 today? If so, not a bad recovery from that level. It sounds like your tea leaves are still saying lower.

Zeev,

As I responded to Richard, todays action I consider anomalous and out of the parameters of the present formation. The formation was not complete in a classic sense. I would have expected a move upward today allbeit a small one. I will have to look at the individual trades for the day, which I have not done, to get a feel for what is going on. This kind of action makes me sorry I am not watching full time, as I would have been a buyer today. As it is I have to work 3 days per week and am out of touch. As I remember, this stock acts very negative before any upward action. My sense tells me to position for the upside rather than the downside, but I could be wrong.

I think that there is some disappointment that there is no news and that this is the time that the news is due or overdue. The fact that the web site was down and we are still waiting leads to some apprehension, I must admit. I did send Dick a message that I tought even an interim report, or any news would be appreciated. I feel that we are still in a waiting position here and know of no news to move the stock. I am not an insider on this stock and rely upon the same sources available to all. I will call Mr. Fishbaine on Monday and ask him what he knows. If he tells me that he sold today, then I will be concerned. I doubt seriously that it was he!!

Unconcerned Jack

P.S.--My portfolio dropped by thousands today!!

Zeev,

<<As I said, the IMPCF saga is dragging all the DD's into the mud.>>

I don't know if you were serious about that comment. While I would tend to agree that the initial reaction to the IPM news adversely affected all the desert dirts, the effect was short-lived. Fact is, Naxos is doing quite well despite the IPM saga. Ultimately each desert dirt will rise or fall on its own merits. We're expecting positive news from Naxos and I believe that accounts for the nice upward movement in the stock the last few trading days.

I also believe that the down trend in GPGI has a lot to do with the lack of news from the company in November, as I believe the company indicated would be forthcoming.
