Perhaps Philipp Roesler doesn't know it's summer.
There are beaches to attend, siestas to enjoy. <
German economy minister Philipp Roesler has expressed disappointment at Greece's efforts to implement the reforms tied to its international aid program, according to a preview of an interview to be published Monday.
"I am disenchanted," Mr. Roesler, who is also Germany's vice chancellor, told German news magazine Focus. "The promises from Athens have largely remained unfulfilled."

Maybe in winter Greece could reconsider what Philipp is complaining about.

The best thing for Greece to do is abrogate the loans, introduce Tradable Citizenship [they are clearing out invaders now] initially selling 10,000 a year to the highest bidders [to see how it goes], fire swarms of government "workers", adopt the new international currency, open the borders to trade.
