The most expensive areas in the US to move into right now overlook vineyards but i assure you they're not vineyards in VA on the east coast , dumb ass . As for the rest of your post , thought you were out chopping wood right now ? Running back & forth are we? Sure easy to get you riled up , eh partner ? So you come over to this thread trying to act like you have a brain and just ended up pissing yourself ? hehe So who builds their own houses by themselves these days , do you know many ? We bought over seven homes at one point into the close of 1990's into 2004, no i didnt build them but whats that got to do with anything ? The key in this area was to grab them with 20acres plus with good outbuildings for just under $1mil & turn them over $1mil some 2-3yrs later and worked fine up until 2002-03 . Also lard head , spent 15yrs working 12hrs a day easily building my first business & was successful loving every minute of it . Generally the average time one has to dedicate to get a flow going even for a very smart person it takes usually that much invested time. So GFY ...
