Bingo and I really appreciate you pasting in the really important part of the language from their decision which is the law. SS is a lie. It is an income tax and nothing more unless you were lucky enough to get in on the front end of the fraudulent ponzi scheme. As a high schooler I pointed this out to by liberal Democratic father who was incensed that I would suggest such a thing and he counted with SS being the most successful program ever run. Today I'm estranged from him and my liberal sister.

Under a 1954 law, Social Security benefits were denied to persons deported for, among other things, having been a member of the Communist party. Accordingly, Mr. Nestor's benefits were terminated.

So, there is a precedent for Kenneth to be denied SS benefits. Deport and deny.
