Where is the baptismal certificate? He was never baptised nor christened. You cannot be a Christian with neither having been done period. I read a story where Rev. Wright was interviewed on this subject. He said that Obammy was considered baptized when he came down the aisle after a sermon for some 1:1 admissions on his part. Rev Wright considered that a baptism.
