It is not 'this side' and 'that side' in opposition. It is BOTH sides coming together in an adjustment of living standards, I call balancing.

Looking to it as:

That is the winner and that is the loser.

It is the wrong view.

See it like the tide. Is the low tide a loser and a higher tide a winner?
