Carter recession was worse and reagan got us out of it in a year and never blamed other people.

We have the slowest recovery in 70 years because, under Bush, we had the worst recession in 70 years. We have the slowest recovery because the Obama economic intervention messed things up even more than they would have been left alone. Government intervention has prolonged the recovery. It is very much like a family that enables a drug addict, never letting the addict hit bottom so that they can start the recovery process.
