Barry, I don' know exactly why NM filed an amendment (I still need to go through both line-by-line), but it looks like they increased the number of shares offered by 100,000. The price listed is only the price at the time of the filing. However, the stock does seem to be having some trouble. Perhaps investors fear the coming dilution. I do think we'll see some support coming and that we'll be above 5 by the end of the year. If not, Todd may be better off having sold. Hope your Thanksgiving was good. --John
