I have also been using this recently, I particularly like a 50:50 mix with normal bread flour. Its been on sale at the supermarkets. Spelt flour.

Bread has to be used carefully or abstained from if your trying to lose body weight. Its mainly carbohydrates so you have to look at a loaf as if its a large bar of chocolate.

However "carbs" as the dieticians like to rattle on about, have kept us alive for a long time. Modern food processing and farming methods have a bigger question mark over them (imho) regarding our global obesity issues. I like to be able to have control over what I eat. Learning about food and its preparation such as cooking is going to be as necessary as learning to read and write before long I think.

Exercise and diet is the key imho, and yep I need to lose body weight. I lose weight easily if I have a job that has a lot of physical work in it. I put on weight easily in an office environment.
