Dana Saw this transaction on SEC Edgar also Acouple of questions 1) Did RETX receive the $3Million in cash once option was excersized? 2) Why not 2million shares? I thought original option for Drazan was 2Million shares bought Jan 96 with option for another 2Million at $2bucks before 1/98 3) So this makes Drazan the largest shareholder now by far with 3.5MM out of the 22MM outstanding. This should be viewed as a very good event. Maybe he'll turn up the accelerator now on RETX management and get this company going. Good Luck Adam
