40 years of democrats being in charge, writing the tax laws will do that. more dems millionaires in congress than repubs, they have to protect their campaign donors

Well considering the fact that dems had majorities in both houses and the presidency, why didn't they do something about it. The fact is they won't propose a budget until after the election because they don't want the American people to see the huge taxes they have in mind.
