It reminds me of the Ernst Mcwhinnie ad on CNBC
Where "we are number 1" becomes "we are numb".
This stock has gone up on tremendous sales/earnings growth .
When you are number 1 , how is the tremendous growth going to continue ?
As sales/earnings plateau then PEs drop rapidly , its a fact of life.

Thanks for the article Mohan. I'ts quite bullish. I find it
interesting that Dell can capitalize on almost any turn of events. It's amazing... and one of the advantages of their business model which very few people understand or appreciate.

I must say, this a very tough market but these guys know how to be the low cost producer.

I can see why people would take shots at them, but the fundamentals are so strong:

Look at the above for ROA and ROE historically. These guys are just smart manufacturers and that is driving those numbers.
