"That was a typo. 5 months." So five months starting from April 2010 when it was all ready to go?? Five months from Dec 2010 when commercial operations and full production was commenced?? Five months after the year-long 'enhancement' phase in 2011?? When does the five months start? Is all of the "research and development" finally done right now, yet unannounced, so the 5-month clock can start right now??...or does the breakage warrant significant additional R&D?? Keep in mind that Mr. Rauber expects significant additional investment to be required above the $6.5M already in the coffers and that wouldn't be the case if he was ready to start that five month clock to build an $800,000 machine right now.
