I suspect it's a combination of the two possible answers. No doubt there are scammers on the boards and I know Mr. Bordynuik is an active participant but there's also a component of not understanding. The average person who reads the SEC complaint of fraud would undoubtedly jump to the conclusion that Mr. Bordynuik is just too dishonest to be trusted with their money but actual faithful and patient shareholders are a small subset of people filtered out from the general populace. I seriously believe many of them can't think through the ramifications of that fraud suit, let alone reason why it would be a better route to immediately launch a supposedly commercially viable machine and then build version 2 with enhancements.

I see only two possible answers to this question: 1) They're simply not smart enough to understand this issue, or 2) They're in on the scam themselves, if only by hoping they can fool others into swallowing the lie by pretending they believe it themselves. I agree.
