I'll follow with a small initial position in PPL. 4.9% yield and there's been small increases in dividend.

Not so sure I can see this as a value stock. However, given it's a utility with a decent yield, and it's not selling near a p/e of 15x like so many other utes, I'll take a few shares at least to park some money. (Intending to add more if stock will fall on no adverse news.)
