" I see no reason why the components can not be built by multiple fabricators. It must take some time for a fabricator to get up to speed."

Alright, much better insight than Steady_on. Thank you.

Notice Techisbest's constant speculation in order to be able to mentally resolve the data.

Mr. Bordynuik only needs to give vague suggestions to shareholders and they will find the 'best fit' scenario in their minds in order to match the suggestion. If Mr. Bordynuik, for example, told investors exactly what was holding up putting any processor into profitable, commercial operation, it would certainly not be a path nearly as optimistic as the path investors can conjur up in their own imaginations.

I would think that any new building required by a site could be built in roughly that same time frame. I'm not sure why the one at N.F. took as long as it did to have the floor poured.

Any idea why they chose a prefab design for the new building that's too small to fit a single P2O processor?
