Rutledge even lied on the conference call. Ask
Roman about that.
He padded his pockets with our hard earned
cash. I know I learned a

expensive lesson with FLA. Maybe we can recoop
some of our losses.

I will join you Richard with your plan of suing Don Rutledge. I do not think that FLA will be halted on account of lawsuit against the former owner.
Also, I understand that Delmar Newman (Fairmile's old promoter) sued Don Rutledge. I attended the annual meeting. You can email me if you wish to know the outcome.

Hello Richard;

I do not have the resources at my disposal at this moment, but my sentiments are with you.If people were definetly misled there are grounds, prooving could be a problem.
