per above note, Rutledge and Fleming did commit illegallities with TKO. If they did it with TKO, they probably committed illegalities with FLA. We FLA shareholders and ex shareholders were manipulated and lied to. Don Rutledge even lied on the conference call. Ask Roman about that. He padded his pockets with our hard earned cash. I know I learned a expensive lesson with FLA. Maybe we can recoop some of our losses. Join in on a class action lawsuit.

I will join you Richard with your plan of suing Don Rutledge. I do not think that FLA will be halted on account of lawsuit against the former owner. Also, I understand that Delmar Newman (Fairmile's old promoter) sued Don Rutledge. I attended the annual meeting. You can email me if you wish to know the outcome.
