Virginia is beautiful country , home of many of the great founding fathers (one wonders what happened?) . Also made the home of largest tobacco centers in the world in Ricmond , wonderful what we do with that beautiful land but whatever works & pays the bills right Solon ? But ranks one of the lowest states with spending on public arts in the US , not surprised here , the country may be beautiful but its people have a troubled past . (They aren't what you'd call a very creative forward thinking group per/se ) Who can forget the sincere , honest , heartfelt testimony of the seven dwarf heads of the Tobacco Industry lying to the Congress in one of the worlds great exposed follies ? Lying , distortions , misrepresentation all part of the tactics , which is why cretins like " longshort" are just two-bit clones that have mastered the same approaches , which is just an integral part of the indigenous culture of regression in Virginia . (They recieve more gov't procurement money than any other state except maybe Calif, surprise) This was an all time classic for the world to see , starts out with the head of Phillip Morris CEO largest in the world who *roll 3trillion ciggies a year* based in Richmond VA *"No Sir , nicotine & tobacco are not addictive !"*
