Hi there B.K. I haven't considered using Google Docs mainly because I'm not familiar with them or how they work or what you can do through them. I'm more than happy to use them if someone can let me know how they work, etc... If there's any other system, etc.., that anyone can suggest that they believe is more conducive to keeping folk informed of the state of affairs with the two Portfolios, then please post your suggestions. At this stage I was going to provide a link to, and/or the actual spreadsheet in my board's header. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Just for the record, folks, I put my suggestions in a PM to Sergio H regarding The Ox's suggestion about revising the starting date and voting on it. Just before leaving on his trip, Sergio replied ... "I am going on a trip for the next few days. Your ideas for starting the contest are ok with me."
