The licensee that backed away was Rockwell......obviously, question is why, but Rockwell is, of course, a competitor and may feel that they do not need XYBR......IMO, SONY, is still the foundation under this company although they seem to be able to raise cash as necessary albeit by giving away the future of the common stock. Companies often waltz out partnership agreements when they are in trouble and it is hard to tell if XYBR has something that truly interests SONY or if SONY made a casual albeit meaningless partnership agreement!

Well the move today got my principal out and I'm now in a no cost ride. I'll still set a net down at .25 to add more.
